The office report dated 10.05.2023 shows that inspite of earlier order dated 20.02.2023, the deficit court fee of Rs. 10250/- has not yet been deposited and no pre-deposit has also been made. In case, the appellants deposit the deficit court fee and 25% of the amount due, which is mandatory in nature, by the next date fixed, then list this case on 24.07.2023 for hearing on waiver of the rest 25% of the amount due, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this court.
