Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 22.09.2023 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 605/2023.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Debts Recovery Tribunal does not have any power to condone the delay and he prays for some time to file reply. Let the same be filed by the next date.
Till the next date, the status quo qua the property in question shall be maintained by all the parties as it exists today.
