Today, this case is coming up for compliance of pre deposit of Rs.3,27,09,185/-, as per orders of this Tribunal dated 22.05.2023 in IA 161/23 (Waiver). However, Petitioners/Appellants filed Application seeking extension of time.
Advocate for Petitioners/Appellants submitted that today Petitioners/Appellants could secure only Rs.25 Lakhs and depositing the same, and remaining amount will be paid within two weeks from now, and requested that time may be extended.
Considering the request of Advocate for Petitioners/Appellants, Office shall receive the partial deposit offered today, and for balance amount, time is granted till 20.06.2023, and Petitioners/Appellants shall deposit said balance amount on that date, failing which Appeal shall stand rejected. It is made clear that no further time will be granted for compliance.
Petition is ordered accordingly.
