Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the connected appeals bearing No. 1295/2023 and 1247/2023 are listed before this Tribunal on 19.12.2024, therefore, this appeal may also be listed on that date, as in the present matter, the date already fixed is 04.03.2024, which is too long.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the urgency Application being I.A. No. 996/2023 is allowed and the date already fixed for 04.03.2024 is preponed to 19.12.2023.
