Ld. Counsel has deposited three demand drafts of Rs. 3,50,000/- (DD No. 140488), Rs. 3,25,000/- (DD No. 140260) and Rs. 3,25,000/- (DD No. 140494), totaling Rs. 10,00,000/- which is more than 50% against a demand of Rs. 13,01,759/- as per demand notice 13(2) and thus the condition of pre-deposit is fulfilled.
All defects reconciled. Appeal is in order.
