The Hon’ble Court vide order 27.03.2023, directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount due prior to the next date fixed i.e. 02.05.2023, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory predeposit without further reference to Hon’ble Court.
