THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

This is an appeal against a judgment dated 06.06.2022. As per the instructions received, Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that a fresh notices under Section 13 (2) of SARFAESI Act has been issued by the Bank on 7^th November, 2022. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that since a fresh notice has been issued appeal becomes infructuous. Impugned order also could not sustain. Accordingly, Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending I.A.s if any, are disposed of accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
