THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Mr. Sreenivasa Rao P, Senior Branch Manager of the Respondent Bank, is present who submitted an affidavit tendering unconditional apology for non compliance of the order along with the Statement of Account. Letters from the Regional Head are also received tendering unconditional apology which are kept with the record.
During the course of hearing it transpired that the matter could be settled, as submitted by the Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank. Appellants may submit a proposal to the Bank within a week which should be considered by the Bank and response be also given to the Appellants within two weeks after proposal is received.
Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that the property of the Appellants are not sold.
