THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard learned counsel for the appellant. During the course of haring it is submitted that a Writ Petition No. 13794 of 2023 was filed by the appellant before the Hon’ble High Court at Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter is listed before Hon’ble High Court on 26.07.2023. Therefore, the matter is pending before the Hon’ble High Court. Hence, it would be appropriate that the matter will be heard after the writ petition is disposed of. Learned counsel for the appellant on the basis of instruction submits that appellant will withdraw the writ petition on the next date fixed.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice matter will be listed after disposal of the writ petition.
