Ld. Advocate submits that the said IA No. 156 of 2023was wrongly filed online at the time of filing of the appeal. Hence he prays that the IA may be disposed of as he intends not to press the same and requests to place the appeal before Hon’ble Chairperson for admission since the defect mentioned in order dated 11/04/2023 has been removed.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 18/04/2023 for admission.
