Advocate for Appellant represented that two interlocutory Applications are filed; one IA 116/2023 in RA 59/2015 and another IA 117/2023 in RA 62/2015 and this Tribunal informed Advocate for Appellant as those Applications are only for amendment of prayer in the Appeal, they will be decided along with the Appeal because the relief would have bearing on the outcome of the Appeal, for which he readily agreed and reported ready for arguments in main Appeals RA 59/2015 and RA 62 /2015.
Advocate for Respondent No.1 and 2 represented that he also filed Interlocutory Applications and come prepared with IAs and requested to take IAs. When main Appeals themselves are ripe for hearing, there is no point in hearing Interlocutory Applications, therefore, those Interlocutory Applications, if necessary, will be decided along with main Appeal.
Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2 requested time till end of January, 2024, to argue main Appeals.
At his request, post the case on 31.01.2024, for hearing of main Appeals.
