THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 220 of 2021 an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 63 days in preferring the Appeal. The same ground is taken at page No. 6 Para No. A wherein it is stated that due to intra Departmental movements of files, Appeal could not be filed within time. No explanation is submitted who is responsible for the delay, what action has been taken by the Competent authority against the concerned officer due to whose negligence delay is caused. Appellant should file a specific affidavit of the authority who is competent to take action against the concerned Bank officer to explain the delay.
