THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Adjournment is sought by the Appellant on the personal ground of Learned Counsel.
Record shows that appeal is of 2014 which was dismissed on default of the Appellant and was restored. Today matter is fixed for hearing. Again adjournment is being sought. Thus dilatory tactics is being adopted by the Appellant for delaying the hearing of the appeal.
In such circumstances, matter is adjourned to 18th September, 2023 subject to payment of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) as costs to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority.
