Counsel Mr. DipanjanDattaappearing for Appellant along with Mr. SubhajitChowdhurysubmitted that the intimation regarding substitution application to the legal heirs of the deceased respondents No. 1,2,3,4,8,9& 10 have already been done pursuant to a memo filed by Ld Counsel Ms. SwarnaliDutta appearing for Respondents.Hence, Ld. Counsel for Appellant submitted that service upon the legal heirs of deceased Respondents may be treated as complete.
For Respondents Ld. Counsel Ms. SwarnaliDutta appeared and filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the all the legal heirs of the deceased Respondents No. 1,2,3,4,8,9, & 10.She also confirmed receipt of Substitution Petition from the Advocate for the Appellant.
The matter may be posted before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 29/09/2023 for Admission.
