This application is filed to substitute DBS Bank India Ltd. in place of Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd., in view of merger. R2 did not appear in spite of service of notice.
Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed. Appellant bank shall carry out amendment in the Appeal and also file an amended Memorandum of Appeal within 14 days from today.
Post the matter on 28.12.2023.

This application is filed to implead legal representatives of deceased R1. None appeared for R2. In spite of service of notice, no one appeared for legal representatives viz. R3 & R4.
Considering the reasons stated in the application, this application is allowed. Appellant shall implead LRs of deceased R1 in the Appeal and also file an amended Memorandum of Appeal within 14 days from today.
