On 29.03.2023 when the matter was taken up, it was ordered that if the respondents do not put in appearance and file reply, appropriate order shall be passed. The office report dated 17.07.2023 shows that inspite of several opportunities being granted, no reply has been filed by the respondents. It appears that the respondents do not want to file reply.
