THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties.
Applicants Smt. Shashi Marodia and Smt. Usha Jhunjhunwala have filed I.A. 217 of 2019 for condonation of delay in filing the recalling application and I.A. 218 for recalling of the order dated 16th December, 2013 passed by this Tribunal in Appeal No. 412 of 2013.
The main contention of the Applicants is that the applicants had no knowledge about the pendency of the appeal. For the first time they came to know about the Appellate Tribunal’s order on 31st August, 2018 when notice of show cause was issued by the Learned Recovery Officer as to why warrant of arrest should not be issued upon them.
