THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
Compliance of the order dt. 20.03.2023 regarding pre deposit has not been made despite granting sufficient time. Consequent to request made by the appellant on 12.05.2023, 13.06.2023 but till date compliance was not made. Accordingly appeal is liable to be dismissed being not maintainable for want of pre deposit.
