THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Admission
In compliance of the order dated 3rd October, 2023, a report is received from the Registrar DRT Visakhapatnam wherein it is stated that the order dated 27th July, 2023 passed in SA. No. 244 of 2022 was uploaded on the same date i.e. on 27th July, 2023.
The Registrar DRAT Kolkata received a letter from Authorised officer State Bank of India SARB Visakhapatnam to the effect that the DRT Visakhapatnam passed an order in SA No. 244 of 2022 on 27th July, 2023. It is complained by the Authorised Officer that the order was not uploaded till 11th August, 2023 and he got the information on 11th August, 2023 only. Thereafter he applied for the certified copy.
