The Counsel for the Appellants in these appeals submits that an earnest would be made to settle the dispute with the Respondent bank.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent bank submits that the Appellants have not so far approached the bank with any proposal for settlement. The Appellants are therefore directed to approach the bank in right earnest and attempt to settle the matter positively.
An opportunity is granted for that. If the matter is not settled, the parties shall get ready for a hearing.
Post on 18.01.2024 for reporting settlement/hearing.
