This is an Application to implead LRs of deceased Respondent No. 4 (a) namely Mrs. Lakshminarasamma.
Respondents 5 and 6 served, but no one appeared. Notice to Respondent No. 7 returned as ‘unclaimed’, therefore, treated as served.
Considering the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of Petition, IA 511/2022 is allowed.
Appellant shall carry out amendment in Memorandum of Appeal and file an amended copy of Memorandum of Appeal within 14 days.
Post the case on 09.06.2023.
