Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the arguing counsel Shri Satyajit Mukherji could not come today due to some personal difficulty, therefore, adjournment is prayed for.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that entire dues of the Bank have been paid, but the matter is being repeatedly adjourned at the behest of the learned counsel for the respondent-bank.
