THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
The appellant sought for adjournment.
Vide order 24th April 2023, the application of Section 5 of the Limitation Act was allowed subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- as cost.
Learned counsel of the respondent submits that although the appellants have sent the cheque but it is yet not received. However, it may receive in due course of time. Learned counsel for the respondents clearly submits that the cost will be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority. Accordingly, the appellant should deposit the cost with the State Legal Services Authority.
The respondents may file the opposition within 4(four) weeks with a copy to the appellant who will file the rejoinder within 2(two) weeks thereafter.
