THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant bank submits that the impugned order dated 07.07.2022 passed by the learned DRT-2, Kolkata has no force as the OTS proposal submitted by the respondents was rejected by the bank. In view of such circumstances, instant appeal is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be supplied to the appellant and the respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
