THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 186 of 2020 Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in preferring the Appeal. Impugned order was passed on 12.02.2020 while the Appeal was filed on 08.09.2020. Learned Counsel for the Appellant has placed reliance upon the Supreme Court order in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No(s) 3/2020. Respondents are served but none appears.
I have gone through the record. I found the ground to be sufficient. According I.A. No. 186 of 2020 is allowed. Delay is condoned.
Appeal is admitted by providing a regular appeal number. Issue notice to the Respondents. Affidavit of service be filed within a week.
List on 18th April, 2023 for hearing. In the meantime, Respondent may file the opposition with copy to the
