I.A. No. 600/ 2022 is an application for amendment with regard to the cause title pertaining to the 2nd Respondent in the Appeal.
The 1st Respondent has already been substituted as a consequence of the merger of the State Bank of Hyderabad with the State Bank of India. But the name of the Authorized Officer continues to be mentioned as State Bank of Hyderabad which needs to be corrected and hence, this application.
There is no objection filed. The application is only formal in nature and hence, this application is allowed. The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
Post on 25.05.2023 before the Registrar for carrying out the amendment.
