Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is a third party bona fide purchaser of the propert y in question and, therefore, there is no need for making any pre-deposit.
Issue notice to the respondents by all permissible modes for 25.01.2023.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that there is a typographical error in the memo of parties as inadvertently the name of Corporation Bank has been mentioned instead of Union Bank of India. He prays that he may be allowed to file an amended memo of parties.
Heard. Let the amended memo of parties be filed within three days.
