THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to file opposition. Record shows that S.A. was filed in 2013 and this appeal was filed in the year 2017. Although it is borne out from record that condonation of delay application filed by the appellant was allowed on 19.07.2022, but even thereafter four weeks time was granted to file opposition. Even on the last date time was sought by the respondent. But no opposition is filed even today, again time is sought.
