M/s Nirman Sudha & Ors. Vs. The Housing and Urban Developing Corporation Ltd.
A resolution dated 11.09.2023 has been received from the DRT & DRAT Bar Association, Allahabad, wherein it is stated that members of the Bar shall abstain from complete Judicial work on 11.09.2023 and 12.09.2023 in support of the call given by the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh against the Lathi Charge upon the lawyers of the Hapur by the police authorities and requested that no adverse order may be passed in the cases listed on these two days.
In view of the above, list this case on 15.12.2023.
