I.A. No. 45/2023 an application for setting aside ex-parte order was allowed vide order dated 29.03.2023 on condition to pay a cost of ₹5,000/- within a period of two weeks.
It appears that there was a days delay in payment of cost and therefore, the present I.A. No. 433/2023 is filed for condoning the delay in payment of cost. The application is allowed and payment of cost shall be recorded and the ex-parte order set aside.
