The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondents Nos. 3,5 and 7 submits that he had already filed a vakalatnama as earlier as on 07.04.2022 but because of some defects which needed curing, the vakalatnama is not taken on file.
The Ld. Counsel submits that he intends to file an application for setting aside the ex-parte order made on 25.08.2022. Appropriate steps may be taken and in case any application is filed, the same shall be placed for hearing before the bench.
