After having gone through the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court and having heard both sides some clarification is required as to where a sum of ₹ 2,33,13,495/- is credited and hence, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks time to file an affidavit together with the account statement giving the details of how the aforesaid has been credited and an advance copy of the same shall be given to the counsel appearing for the Appellant.
