Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has been informed by Shri P. K. Bajpai that he has no instruction from his client, therefore he is not appearing.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that even in S.A. No. 104/2019 pending before the DRT, Dehradun, the respondent had abandoned the proceeding of the said S.A. that they have adopted the same practice in the present case also.
As last opportunity, let the notices be issued to the respondents for engaging another counsel by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
List this case on 26.04.2023 for hearing. The matter shall not be adjourned on the next date.
