THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that in the sale deed annexed with the Affidavit-in-Opposition there are certain assertions that amount would be paid directly to the Bank which is received out of the sale consideration. The Appellant was directed to seek instruction on the issue but the Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that specific directions are not received. It is not fair on the part of the Appellant Bank.
Appellant Bank is hereby specifically directed to file a reply, considering the sale deed annexed with the affidavit, within a period of two weeks positively; failing which, this Appellate Tribunal would be compelled to take appropriate

action for non-compliance of the orders against the Bank Officers.
