Learned counsel for the applicant has filed an application being I.A. No. 181/2023 stating therein that due to inadvertence, the date which was fixed in the present case is 20.04.2022, whereas in fact three weeks’ time was granted for filing rejoinder when the matter was taken on 27.02.2023, therefore, it is prayed that the date fixed for 20.04.2023 may be preponed to an early date.
In view of the aforesaid, the application filed by the applicant is allowed and the date already fixed for 20.04.2023 is preponed to 21.03.2023.
