This Urgent Application is filed contending that Sale is conducted on 12.08.2021, and due to interim direction of DRT till the disposal of SA, Sale is not confirmed, and SA is disposed of on 17.04.2023. It is submitted as Petitioners/Appellants apprehend confirmation of Sale, this case may be taken up on urgent basis.
Confirmation of Sale is a process which has to be done automatically in pursuance of Sale, and that cannot be a ground for taking up an Appeal on urgent basis. Except that, no other ground is taken for taking up the Appeal on out of turn basis. As the ground urged is not a valid ground, Urgent Application is dismissed. Office to post the case, in usual course.
