Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri A. P. Singh is out of station, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he prays for adjournment.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter is being repeatedly adjourned and the appeal is of year 2014. It is contended that the respondents are ready to pay the entire dues, but inspite of the same, third party interest has been created, who is taking away the plant and machinery illegally, therefore, his interest may be protected.
List this case on 24.04.2023 for hearing. It is made clear that on the next date, no adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties on any ground whatsoever. Till that date, in the interest of justice, status quo qua the property in question as it exists today shall be maintained by all the parties.
