Appeal No. 15 of 2022 was dismissed vide order and judgment dated 29.06.2022. As per the report, an amount of Rs.6,75,000/- was deposited as pre deposit by Demand Draft No. 952508 on 10.11.2021.
Since Appeal has already been disposed of, amount deposited by the Appellant as pre deposit can be returned to him. Accordingly, an amount of Rs.6,75,000/- deposited by the Appellant as pre deposit be refunded to the Appellant in accordance with law.
