As per order dated 03/05/2023 following three defects were mentioned.
(i)Vakalatnama fee of Rs.5/- is not submitted through online.
(ii)Delay petition is not filed.
(iii) Memorandum of Appeal is not signed by the Ld. Advocate.
It is seen from record that receipt of vakalatnam fee of Rs.5/- vide Transaction Ref Id. 1303230040029 dated 13/03/2023 and delay petion being I.A.No. 193 of 2023(online filing 06/05/2023) with application fee of Rs.200/- vide Transaction Ref Id. 0605230023438 dated 06/05/2023 have been received by post on 10/05/2023 from Ld. Advocate for Appellant. Defect at Sl. No. (iii) has been removed by Ld. Advocate on 16/05/2023.
Hence all the defects as mentioned in order dated 03/05/2023 have been removed.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 05/06/2023 for admission.
