In the Affidavit filed in support of Petition, it is stated that this Appeal has been disposed of on 26.08.2019, and thereafter, Applicant entered into compromise with first Respondent Bank and the matter is settled on 03.06.2022.
Advocate for first Respondent Bank also represented that the matter is settled between the parties.
Considering the submissions of both sides and the Order of Hon’ble Supreme Court, Application IA 435/2023 is allowed and Office to refund the pre deposit amount, with accrued interest, if any.
