THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in compliance of the order dated 15th November, 2022 he may be permitted to make a deposit of Rs. 9 lacs during the course of the day. It is further submitted that due to illness, some time may be granted to make the deposit of the remaining amount. Appellant may deposit the remaining amount within four weeks.
