Inspite of several opportunities being granted to the appellant vide orders dated 01.09.2021, 18.05.2022 and 07.12.2022, no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondents. On the last occasion, it was directed that if the appellant do not take steps for service of notice upon the respondents, appropriate order shall be passed, as the appeal is of year 2018. As per office report dated 17.03.2023 shows that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondents.
Today, learned counsel for the appellant seeks further time to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents.
