This application is filed seeking refund of statutory deposit made in pursuance of orders of this Tribunal dated 15.5.2019 in IA 389/2019 (Waiver). Advocate for appellant prayed the Tribunal to issue a demand draft in the name of respondent bank. Other side has no objection in releasing the pre-deposit.
Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed as prayed for and Office is directed to refund deposited amount with accrued interest, if any.
