THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that compliance of the order dated 26th June, 2023 is made. An amount of Rs.18.00 lac is deposited as pre deposit. It is submitted there is a delay of seven days in complying the order.
Heard the Learned Counsel for Appellant. Having considered the submission, I find it to be sufficient. Accordingly the delay is co0ndoned.
