Advocate for borrower, viz., R1 is reported ready and represented that R1 is ready to redeem the loan and that he has filed interlocutory application before DRT below, but, DRT below is not taking up IAs on the ground that appeal is pending before this Tribunal.
It is clarified that Tribunal below can take up pending IAs irrespective of pendency of this Appeal and decide the same in accordance with law.
