Appeal be registered as regular appeal by providing a regular Appeal number. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 prays for and granted three week’s time to file opposition with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
It is informed that Respondent No. 2, Sri Probhat Kr. Banerjee and Respondent No. 5 Sri Ashok Kumar Banerjee have expired. Let necessary steps for substitution of legal representatives be taken within a period of four weeks.
