Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 594/2023.
Perusal of the order dated 05.04.2023 shows that the matter has already been posted for 24.07.2023.
In view of the above, there is no good ground made out in the urgency application for expediting the hearing of the case. Accordingly, the urgency application being I.A. No. 594/2023 is rejected. Let the case be listed on the date already fixed for 24.07.2023.
