The Appellant was directed to deposit the amount towards the pre-deposit u/s 18 (1) of the SARFAESI Act vide order dated 22.11.2022. In the meanwhile Respondent filed I.A. 626/2022 for rectification of the amount mentioned in the order for the deposit.
The order had made it clear that the amount has to be paid in instalments within a stipulated time. The order has not complied and it was also made clear that in default the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Tribunal. The pre-deposit was not made.
