THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
At the very outset learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the bank submits that Original Application has been decided by the learned DRT Visakhapatnam. Hence the appeal has become infructuous. Appellant is not pressing the appeal. Accordingly, appeal is liable to be dismissed.
