It has been stated the appellant had already deposited Rs. 17 lakhs after filing of S.A. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this issue before Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 23.12.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 696/2022. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 768/2022), Waiver Application (I.A. No. 767/2022) have been filed along with the Appeal.
